AI-Generated Content

KeepTheDish uses artificial intelligence to extract and format recipe information from text and images. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted recipe information before use.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

KeepTheDish and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if KeepTheDish or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of recipes, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeepTheDish and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
